What it shows
- Attendance rate. Overall percentage of days present, with the present/total day count
- Grade average. The average percentage across the student's recorded grades
- Recent grades. The five most recent subject grades with scores and letter grades
- Fee status. Overall paid / partial / unpaid standing and the outstanding balance
Open any student's profile to see their summarised report at the top of the page. It is read-only and always reflects live data.
The fee card needs finance permission. Staff without it see the attendance and grade cards and nothing else: the figures are withheld by the server, not merely hidden on the page, so a class teacher checking a pupil's marks is never sent that family's balance. See a student's invoices and payments.
