One short form and an email verification, with no card involved. Your portal is provisioned on its own sub-domain within a minute or two, already carrying academic terms, the current session, an active calendar and a set of departments, so nobody has to build that scaffolding by hand before the first student is enrolled.

Everyone gets the right portal
There are four portals, and each one shows a different school. Admins see the whole operation. Teachers record grades and attendance and build tests. Students sit those tests and check their own results, attendance and timetables. Parents follow their children's progress and fee position without ringing the office.
